SHIPPING

Please anticipate a production and fulfillment timeframe of 2-6 weeks. Typically require 1 day for fulfillment. Prior to purchasing, we advise reviewing the product description, as refunds are not offered. 

REFUND

We want to inform you that once your order is shipped or production begins, we are unable to accommodate returns, order changes, or exchanges, and all sales are considered final. to ensure your satisfaction, we kindly urge you to thoroughly review product descriptions before making a purchase. Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to promptly inspect it. If you happen to find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please reach out to us within 24 hours. Your prompt contact will help us swiftly address the issue and take the necessary steps to ensure your complete satisfaction.

WASHING 

To ensure the longevity and quality of our shirts and hoodies, we recommend washing them inside out. This simple step helps preserve the fabric and design, allowing you to enjoy our products for as long as possible. 

DAMAGED ITEM

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the address is incorrectly entered the buyer has to take full responsibility over the lost item, unless we are contacted BEFORE production is over. If your order is damaged or irregular you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To start a return, you can contact us at str9nger.clothing@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. if approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
